Next Day Delivery (UK):

  • Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
  • Orders placed before 12 PM GMT ship the same day; after 12 PM, the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, trackable on our website or via Royal Mail.

2 Week Delivery:

  • Items not in the "Next Day Delivery" category ship via Royal Mail International.
  • Delivery takes up to 2 weeks, with a max of 3 weeks to account for delays.
  • Tracking may take up to a week to activate and could be delayed by a few days.
  • You’ll receive tracking details once available.

Shipping Issues:

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns:

  • Accepted for defective or incorrect items only.
  • Contact us via Instagram or Telegram within 14 days to request a return and receive instructions.

Refunds:

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Available for defective or incorrect items. Contact us for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishables, custom products, and personal care items are non-returnable. Reach out with questions.

Damages and Issues:

Return Shipping:

  • We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
